The Chillicothe Hornets golf team was in Savannah on Wednesday in a 9 hole match against Savannah and King City. The Hornets placed 2nd, 10 strokes behind the host Savages for the top spot.
Chillicothe was lead by Jameson Marshall’s 40. The Hornets team score was rounded out with a 44 from Nick Radcliff, 48 by Langsten Johnson and a 49 from Kenyen Gannan. Chillicothe as a team shot a 181. Marshall’s 40 was a match best but Savannah placed three golfers 2nd through 4th in the final standings to win as a team with a 171. Green City shot a 201 in 3rd place.
