City’s S&P Rating Helps With Project Financing

The City of Chillicothe’s recent announcement of an improved Standard And Poors (S&P) Rating will help with the financing for the new Police Department.  Joey McLiney with McLiney and Company, the city’s bond advisor on the project, explained the benefit of the AA- rating with the increase in debt.

It’s remarkable!

McLiney attributed the improved rating to the management of the City’s administration.
