The contractors have finished the Commerce Drive work, going into the new Industrial Park. On Thursday at 7:00 am, they will close Mitchell for about three weeks to complete the demolition between the Chillicothe Street Barn and the Railroad tracks. They will then pour the new concrete. That new concrete will need time to cure before Mitchell reopens to traffic.
