An arraignment for former Chillicothe Police Officer Jeremy Don Stephens is scheduled for Wednesday afternoon. Stephens is charged with alleged stealing of money and weapons from the Chillicothe Police Department and Livingston County Sheriff’s Department.
The arraignment will be before Judge R. Brent Elliot. The judge’s notes also indicate plea and trial setting is scheduled at the same time.
