The Chillicothe City Council will meet Monday, starting at 5:30 PM in council chambers. There are 14 items on the list of appearances. They include.
- Eric Turner requesting camping at a city park for the Scouts family night and a flag retirement ceremony
- Amy Supple with a presentation of annual report for Visit Chillicothe
- Police Chief John Maples amending an ordinance for nuisance in regards to hemp derived products
- Russ Madsen and Brian Minnis will have an ordinance accepting a bid for the purchase of mowers for the golf course
- Police Chief John Maples will have several ordinances and amendments
- The police and Fire Chief will be amending an ordinance in regard to responsibility of a driver of an emergency vehicle
- The city administrator will present an ordinance authorizing an agreement for engineering services
- City Clerk Amy Hess will present an ordinance regarding ratification of existing video service franchises
- She will also present an ordinance adding a section to the city code for persons not to be charged for a business license
- An ordinance accepting the highest responsible bid for cash paying operations for a one year contract
- An ordinance accepting the lowest responsible bid for 821 Walnut St. for demolition and asbestos removal
A closed executive session is planned following the regular meeting.
