The Chillicothe Board of Adjustments and Planning and Zoning commission both meet Monday at City Hall. The Board of Adjustments will consider a variance and the Planning and Zoning Commission considers a request for a Zoning change.
The Board of Adjustments meets at 5:30 pm for a variance request to reduce the side yard setback from 10 feet to 7.5 feet on a property at 1430 Burnam Road. If approved no further action is required.
The Planning and Zoning Commission will meet at 6:00 pm to consider a request to rezone the former Garrison School property at 209 Henry, from Public Use to Mixed Use. The Commission will make a recommendation to the city council for final approval.
