A Polo woman charged with 10 counts of animal neglect or abandonment and who had pled guilty in May was arrested by Caldwell County deputies on a probation violation warrant.
Sharon Lynn Martin had been sentenced to 15 days on each of the 10 counts. That sentence was suspended, and she was placed on two years of probation.
On Tuesday, a probation violation warrant was issued, and there was a motion to revoke her probation. A hearing is scheduled for Thursday. Martin is held at the Caldwell County Detention Center with bond set at $5,000 cash only.
