A Utica woman who failed to appear on several charges was arrested on a warrant and booked into the Caldwell County Detention Center. 20-year-old Mary Grace Dake was originally stopped and arrested by State Troopers in October of 2025. The charges include alleged DWI, possession of marijuana, and an equipment violation. She was taken to the Caldwell County Detention Center with bond set at $750.
