Three recent jail bookings are reported by area sheriff’s departments.
A Kansas City woman on probation for a 2025 conviction for possession of a controlled substance was booked into the Caldwell County Detention Center on a Livingston County probation-violation warrant. Thirty-seven-year-old Heather S. Starchman is held with bond set at $20,000. A probation violation hearing will be held November 5th in Circuit Court.
The Caldwell County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of 62-year-old Denman A. Clevenger of Braymer. He is held at the Caldwell County Detention Center.
The Grundy County Sheriff’s Department reported the booking of 55-year-old Mary Ellen Hagan of Milan at the Grundy County Jail. Hagen was arrested on a Sullivan County warrant for alleged DWI, interfering with an arrest, and three counts of alleged stealing of weapons. Bond is set at $5000 – cash only.
