A Polo man was booked into the Caldwell County Detention Center Thursday for alleged Domestic Assault. 46-year-old Mark S. VanGordon was booked by Caldwell County Deputies on a warrant issued following an investigation where the victim stated she was assaulted by her boyfriend with a 2×4, in the presence of their 6-year-old child.
VanGordon remains in custody with no bond allowed. A bond hearing will be held August 6th at 10:00 am.
