Local winners of the 2024 American Legion Auxiliary Americanism Essay Contest attended an awards night dinner at the Livingston County Veteran’s Building. This year’s essay theme was “What Does Freedom Mean to Me?”
Winners include:
Class I – Nella Beetsma First Place, Harlow Rardon Second Place, and Hadley Rardon Third Place.
Class II – Decker Rardon First Place, Carder Kreatz Second Place, and Paisley Gilliland Third Place.
Class III – Katelyn Warren First Place.
Class IV – Ellie Acree First Place.
