The case against a Carrollton man charged in the crash that took the life of a Lincoln, Missouri woman in Benton County has been transferred to the circuit court following an indictment by their grand jury.
44-year-old Robbie A. Acton faces charges of alleged DWI – resulting in the death of another and leaving the scene of an accident resulting in death.
