Arkansas Seeks Extradition Of Inmate On Murder Charge

An extradition hearing will be held for a woman serving a life sentence at the Chillicothe Correction Center.  Extradition has been requested by the state of Arkansas for thirty-two-year-old Taylor Paige Santiago on charges that include alleged capital murder, attempted murder, residential burglary, battery, and four counts of alleged endangering the welfare of a child.

In Missouri, Santiago is currently serving a life sentence after she pled guilty in Lawrence County Court and was sentenced in April on charges that include 1st degree murder, robbery, unlawful use of a weapon, and endangering the welfare of a child.

The extradition hearing is scheduled for October 30th, before Judge Michael Leamer.
