A 34-year-old female from Princeton was arrested in Livingston County by Missouri State Highway Patrol on Friday afternoon. At 3:40 PM Jessica Lagud was arrested and charged with misdemeanor warrant moving traffic violation from Putnam County. She was held on bond at the Livingston County Sheriff’s Department.
