Assessment Forms

Assessment forms from the County Assessor’s Office should be in your mailbox soon.  Livingston County Assessor Rich Thieme says they were mailed on December 31st.  Thieme says you have two options for filing the forms.

Fill them out manually and return them, or use the on-line option.

The forms need to be returned no later than March 1st to avoid penalties that range from $5 to $105.  Thieme says he has no latitude in waiving the penalties.

If you don’t receive your Assessment Forms by January 9th, contact the assessor’s office at 660-646-8000, extension 2.
