Chillicothe’s Planning and Zoning Board and the Boards of Adjustments will both meet on October 6th at City Hall.
The Planning and Zoning Board will meet at 5:30 pm with an agenda that includes a review of the Tiny House Regulations and the Manufactured Home and Modular Home regulations.
At 6:00 pm, the Board of Adjustments meets to hold a public hearing on a size variance application for a business at 310 Second Street.
Both meetings are open to the public.
