Bond Reduction Denied For Kenneth R. Paul, Jr.

A Brunswick man arrested in September for alleged Rape and Sodomy was in the Chariton County Court seeking bond reduction, which was denied.  The Court had previously set bond for 38-year-old Kenneth R. Paul, Jr. at $100,000.

He remains in Custody on charges of alleged six counts of rape or attempted rape, two counts of sodomy or attempted sodomy, two counts of child molestation with a child less than 17 years old, and assault.

Paul is charged with the crimes that are alleged to have occurred between December 2021 and June of 2025.
