A booking for Livingston County is reported by the Sheriff’s Office. Thursday at 1:00 pm, Forty-five-year-old Brienne M. Price of Chillicothe was arrested in Phelps County and booked for alleged absconding in June of 2024, while on furlough for alleged conspiracy to bring a controlled substance into a prison. She is held without bond awaiting extradition.
