The case against a Chillicothe man charged with three counts of alleged unlawful use of a weapon – possession by a felon – exhibiting – discharge into a home, as well as alleged domestic assault and delivery of a controlled substance, has been moved to Circuit Court. 35-year-old Eric Molina Benitez of Chillicothe was arrested on a warrant in March.
On Monday, Benitez waived the preliminary hearing and the case was bound over to Circuit Court. Arraignment will be held in Circuit Court on May 1st, before Judge Ryan Horsman.
