A Kingston man was booked into the Caldwell County Detention Center by deputies Tuesday. Thirty-one-year-old Tristan Scott Davis was arrested for alleged Domestic Assault and two counts of alleged endangering the welfare of a child.
A Bond hearing is set for Friday. Bond is currently set at $5,000 cash only, and no contact with the victim.
