A Cowgill resident, held at the Ray County Jail, 22-year-old Evan David Scott was booked on a Writ to appear in Caldwell County Court on charges of alleged Violation of an order of protection. His court appearance is set for December 10th.
Scott is currently in the Ray County Jail on charges of alleged DWI, Careless and Imprudent Driving, leaving the scene of an accident, and endangering the welfare of a child. Bond on the Ray County charges is set at $5,000.
