A Kingston woman was arrested by Caldwell County deputies. Forty-six-year-old Candi Jo Maas is held at the Caldwell County Detention Center following her arrest for alleged animal neglect, three counts of possession of a controlled substance, and resisting. Her bond is set at $500.
