A Breckenridge man was booked into the Caldwell County Detention Center by Caldwell County Deputies on Saturday. Thirty-five-year-old Clay Eugene Kiser was booked at about 2:50 am for alleged Peace Disturbance. His bond is set at $500, cash only. He has an initial appearance in Caldwell County Court on Thursday.
