The Chillicothe R-II District Audit will be on the agenda for the Chillicothe School Board meeting. The Meeting is Tuesday at 5:00 pm at the district office.
The meeting will start with the recognition of the CHS Band and Choir, who will also perform as board members arrive.
- The Board will hear: School Climate Evaluation, PreK – Curriculum Development Plan, MSIP CSIP forms.
- The financial report will be presented.
- The 2023/24 Audit Report will be presented for approval
- The Board will consider approval of the 2025/26 School Calendar.
- Board filing updates will be presented.
- There will be a presentation of the Hard Surface Bus Routes.
- A Transportation Pre-Trip Checklist for busses will be presented for approval.
- A lease agreement for maintenance of Building Automation System (BAS) for the district’s HVAC equipment.
