A Cameron woman was injured in a two-vehicle crash in Clinton County, just east of Plattsburg. State Troopers report the crash occurred at about 7:45 this (Wednesday) morning on Missouri 116 in Clinton County. According the the report, drivers from Cameron and Plattsburg were both eastbound and the Cameron driver stopped to wait for a vehicle to turn northbound. The Plattsburg driver crested a hill and struck the Cameron driver’s vehicle from behind.
The Cameron driver had minor injuries and was taken to Cameron Regional Medical Center for treatment. Both drivers were wearing safety belts.
