Carrollton Town Council To Consider Re-Zoning

Carrollton Town Board will meet Monday at City Hall.  The meeting will start at 6:00 pm with a Public Hearing to consider Rezoning of property at 512 Heidel Street from R-1 Residential to C-1 Commercial

An ordinance will be presented.

In the regular session, Old Business includes amending parking on North Jefferson and Tammera Darrah will request a contract extension.

Under New Business

There will be a discussion about rental business licenses.

An ordinance will be presented to amend an existing ordinance by adding provisions on solar panels.

An ordinance for additional exceptions to Chapter 217.020.

And an ordinance amending for a fence permit fee.

Reports will be presented and comments allowed.
