MoDOT Roadwork For Area Counties

Resurfacing roadways and bridge projects are scheduled in the area counties by the Missouri Department of Transportation.

Caldwell County

Route D – CLOSED for a bridge replacement project at the Shoal Creek Bridge through early August 2025

Route U – CLOSED for bridge maintenance from Route 13 to Dustin Road, May 5-8, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily.

Route H – Pothole patching from Route E to US 169, May 7.

Carroll County

Route J – CLOSED at the Bridge Creek Bridge for a bridge replacement project through May 2025.

Chariton County

Route D – CLOSED at the Mussel Fork Creek Bridge for a bridge replacement project through July 2025.

Route W – Resurfacing project May 5. The roadway will be narrowed to one lane with flaggers directing motorists through the work zone.

Route ZZ – Resurfacing project May 6. The roadway will be narrowed to one lane with flaggers directing motorists through the work zone.

Route C – Resurfacing project May 7. The roadway will be narrowed to one lane with flaggers directing motorists through the work zone.

Daviess County

Route E – Bridge rehabilitation project at the Grindstone Creek Bridge, May 5. The roadway will be narrowed to one lane with flaggers directing motorists through the work zone.

Route CC – Bridge rehabilitation project at the Dog Creek Bridge, May 5-8. The roadway will be narrowed to one lane with flaggers directing motorists through the work zone.

 

Route J – Bridge rehabilitation project at the Dog Creek and Marrowbone Creek Bridges, May 5-12. The roadway will be narrowed to one lane with flaggers directing motorists through the work zone.

Route C – CLOSED for a culvert replacement from Route C to 195th Street, May 7. 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.

 Linn County

US 36 – Concrete replacement eastbound driving lane from Katy Drive to Route 5, May 5-7.

Route ZZ – Resurfacing project, May 6. The roadway will be narrowed to one lane with flaggers directing motorists through the work zone.

Livingston County

US 65 – Resurfacing project, May 5-10. Crews will be repairing entrances and curbs in Chillicothe from Second Street working south to Business US 36.
