The selection of Architects for City Hall projects should take place soon. The City of Chillicothe went out for RFQs. City Administrator Roze Framption elaborated.
Looking at work that needs to be done and future use of the building.
The City received three sets of qualifications and have narrowed the list to one. There could be a recommendation at the next council meeting.
Frampton says they have some funds available for needed work.
$500,000 from Capital Improvements for work on city hall.
She says those funds will be rolled into the 2026/27 budget.
