A report of Sodomy summoned the Chillicothe Police Department to a home in the 10 block of Walnut Street shortly after midnight, Monday morning. Officers investigated and arrested a 21-year-old man, who was processed and taken to the Caldwell County Detention Center. He has since been identified as 21-year-old Darrell Tyrone Dickerson of Chillicothe. He is charged with alleged child molestation, statutory sodomy, and two counts of alleged sexual misconduct. The victim is a four-year-old girl. He remains in custody with no bond allowed.
Officers continued the investigation and later in the day arrested 26-year-old Erica Rose Heckes of Chillicothe and 22-year-old Brock Adam Zahner of Chillicothe for alleged child abuse/neglect of a child under the age of 14. Both are held at the Caldwell County Detention Center with no bond allowed.
