A Chillicothe man was arrested and booked into the Caldwell County Detention Center on warrants for alleged failure to appear. 33-year-old Joshua Alan Phelps was booked on a warrant issued in July of 2025 for alleged failure to appear on a charge of non-support. Bond on that warrant is $5,000 cash only.
He was also booked on a failure to appear warrant for a charge of driving while suspended. Bond is set at $250.
