The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department reports another booking into the Caldwell County Detention Center. Twenty-three-year-old Elijah Rashawn Cook of Chillicothe was arrested on a warrant for alleged bond revocation from a charge of delivery of a controlled substance. He is held with his new bond set at $20,000 cash only.
Sentencing on the Delivery Charge is set for February 5th.
