As the weather is improving, Chillicothe Municipal Utilities has begun its projects for the year. CMU General Manager Matt Hopper says there are several areas of work taking place.
Power at the PD, Water projects, and the Citywide Clean-up.
The annual tree trimming is also taking place. Hopper says that work is in the north and northeast portions of the city.
Nearly half done with the trimming work.
Hopper says that work is contracted and local crews are handling the job.
