Chillicothe Police Report For Monday

The Chillicothe Police Department report for Monday includes 116 calls for service.

Among the incidents reported, officers investigated a sex offense and a fraud complaint, with both cases still under investigation. Animal control officers also responded to reports of possible animal neglect and abandoned kittens, with the kittens taken to the animal shelter.

Police also handled several well-being checks throughout the day, including one at Gravesville Park and another near the junction of US 36 and US 65 Highways, where a person sleeping outdoors was advised about the city’s no-camping ordinance.

Other calls included a verbal disturbance at Danner Park, questions about harassment and city ordinances, and reports of possible trespassing.
