The Chillicothe Police Department report for Tuesday includes 84 calls for service. Among the incidents, officers are investigating reports of suspected child abuse or neglect, possible property damage on Keith Avenue, and a child pornography complaint.
Officers report the arrest of a 63-year-old man following a domestic disturbance in the 200 block of Second Street. He was booked into the Daviess-DeKalb County Regional Jail on a 24-hour hold pending formal domestic assault charges.
Other calls included a commercial alarm that proved to be unfounded, a barking dog complaint, property disputes, a recovered wallet that was returned to its owner, and several citizen assistance calls.
