The Budget for the Chillicothe R-II School District 2026/27 School year was approved in a special meeting this week. Superintendent Dr Dan Wiebers says the budget begins in the red.

The Transferred funds will cover the summer projects already approved in the previous budget.

Wiebers says he tries to budget conservatively.
