Debt reduction and the District Literacy Plan are a couple of the items on the agenda for the Chillicothe R-II School Board as they meet on Tuesday. The meeting will start at 5:00 pm at the district administrative building.
The agenda begins with recognition of counselors and nurses in the district.
Old business includes the District Literacy Program updates and approval, and the CSIP updates and approval.
The consent agenda includes program evaluations for: K-12 Counselors, GRTS Vocational Programs, and Health Services.
New Business includes:
- The financial reports,
- A request for Defeasance of Debt – paying off a portion of the remainder of the 2017 $5.5 million general obligation bond,
- The Special Education Compliance Plan,
- MSBA policy updates,
- And the Success Ready Students Network Agreement.
A closed executive session is planned for legal, real estate, student, and personnel matters.
