One additional item was placed on the Livingston County ballot for the April Election. Presiding Commissioner Ed Douglas explained that this is based on Senate Bill 3.
Property Taxes could not be raised more than 5%.
Douglas says this is a complicated measure.
Could be deemed unconstitutional.
The courts will make those decisions following the election.
