Laura Crouch of Chillicothe was appointed as the Livingston County Circuit Clerk. Crouch currently serves as a senior clerk in the Livingston County Circuit Clerk’s Office. She was previously working as a loan specialist for a local bank and served as the Jackson Township Clerk.
