School Board Delays Decisions On Summer School Contract And Policy Changes

The Chillicothe R-II School Board was expected to consider a contract for Summer School and Board Policy updates as part of this week’s School Board meeting.  Superintendent Dr Dan Wiebers says the summer School contact is delayed.

The company did not have the contract ready.

The contract will be considered at the February meeting.  Wiebers says summer school should look similar to last year’s program.

Policy changes were also on the agenda, but due to some technical issues, not all of the policies had been reviewed by all board members.
