A call reporting a careless and imprudent driver near Utica Wednesday afternoon resulted in a DWI arrest. Livingston County Sheriff Dustin Woelfle states at about 4:00 pm the driver was located in Utica. Woelfle says there was a report the driver had contacted a child. The investigation determined the driver was intoxicated and had told the child to get out of the road.
That driver was arrested for alleged DWI. They were cited, processed, and released with a summons.
