Five bookings into the Caldwell County Detention Center for Livingston County are reported by the Livingston County Sheriff’s Department.
21-year-old Darrell Tyrone Dickerson was booked at 12:32 am and is charged with 2 counts of alleged Sexual Misconduct and one count each of alleged Child Molestation and Statutory Sodomy. He is held with no bond allowed.
39-year-old Juan Garcia Flores was arrested out of state and is awaiting extradition for alleged rape or attempted rape, and on warrants for alleged failure to appear on charges of alleged Speeding, DWI, No Valid License, and resisting.
26-year-old Ericia Rose Heckes was arrested by the Chillicothe Police Department and booked on a 24-hour hold.
22-year-old Brock Adam Zahner was arrested by the Chillicothe Police Department and is held with no bond allowed.
57-year-old Phillip Allen Fletchall was arrested by Daviess County officers on a Probation violation warrant from a conviction for DWI. He is held with bond set at $5,000.
