Four jail bookings for Livingston County are reported by the Livingston County Sheriff’s Department.
34-year-old Richard Wayne Stimpson of Chillicothe was booked into the Caldwell County Detention Center to serve 5 days of jail time after he was found guilty of DWI.
59-year-old Kenneth Richard Stine of Kansas City was booked Saturday on charges of alleged Harassment, armed criminal action, unlawful use of a weapon – exhibiting, and domestic assault. He is held at the Caldwell County Detention Center with no bond allowed.
35-year-old Lance Colton Surber of Chillicothe was arrested Saturday by Chillicothe Police and booked into the Caldwell County Detention Center for alleged abuse of neglect of a child, domestic assault, and property damage. Bond is set at $10,000 cash only.
21-year-old David Patrick Kimball of Brookfield was booked into the Caldwell County Detention Center on a two-day sentence on a probation violation from a 2024 charge of property damage.
