A 25-year-old Mercer man, Johnathan Michael Rumsower, was booked into the Grundy County Jail on a change of venue on 2024 Mercer County charges of alleged DWI, Careless and Imprudent Driving, Assault, and Resisting. A tentative date for a court appearance in Grundy County is April 17th. He is held with no bond allowed.
