28-year-old Elijah Isaiah Smith was arrested by Johnson County officers on charges of alleged speeding. Bond is set at $1,000. He is held at the Caldwell County Detention Center.
51-year-old Andrew Christopher Campbell was arrested out of state on a bond violation warrant from charges of alleged Possession of a Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and No Valid License. He is held pending extradition. Cash-only bond is set at $15,000.
40-year-old Javan Lee Johnson was arrested by Chillicothe Police Department on a 24 hour hold. He is held at the Caldwell County Detention Center.
