An Illinois man is held at the Caldwell County Detention Center following his arrest by State Troopers in Livingston County. Twenty-five-year-old Tyler J Tadlock was arrested at about 10:05 pm for alleged possession of a controlled substance – cocaine, resisting arrest, failing to yield to emergency vehicles, and speeding.
