An Indiana woman was arrested by State Troopers in Caldwell County Wednesday afternoon. At about 3:28 pm, Troopers arrested Lynn M. Keraga of Lowell, IN, for alleged DWI and Speeding. She was taken to the Caldwell County Detention Center on a 24-hour hold.
