An Indianapolis man was arrested by State Troopers in Linn County Wednesday night. Thirty-seven-year-old Bruyol Delein was stopped at about 9:40 pm and arrested for alleged DWI, speeding, and a lane violation. He was processed at the Brookfield Police Department and later released.
