An Iowa man was arrested in Daviess County Tuesday. State Troopers arrested 33-year-old Minh Duong of Ottumwa, IA at about 9:35 pm on a Clay County warrant for alleged failure to appear on a charge of alleged failure to register a vehicle. He was taken to the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail pending the posting of bond.
