Jail Booking On Warrant

A Sumner man was booked into the Caldwell County Detention Center by Missouri Probation and Parole at about 12:10 pm Monday.  Forty-seven-year-old Timothy Adam Stanley was booked on a Probation Violation Warrant from an original charge of Possession of a controlled substance.  Stanley had been sentenced in February to 7 years in prison – suspended, with 5 years of probation.  He is held with bond set at $20,000 cash only.  His court appearance is set for January 9th.
