Chillicothe Police booked 22-year-old Ashlee Raelyn Mast into the Caldwell County Detention Center Wednesday morning on a 24-hour hold.
25-year-old Brandon Montgomery Young was booked by Chillicothe Police early Wednesday morning and is held at the Caldwell County Detention Center on a 24-hour hold.
They have since been charged with alleged possession of a controlled substance and endangering the welfare of a child.
